Mandan Independence Day Parade will be held on Friday July 4th, 2025
The Parade departs from Dacotah Centennial Park (DCP) at 10 a.m. and will arrive at Mandan Avenue and Main Street at approximately 10:30 a.m.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED!
A completed parade entry and signed release form, along with applicable fees must be received by: Friday, June 13th, 2025 at 4:30pm.
Please note this is an application process, and the Mandan Independence Day Parade Committee reserves the right to not accept a unit's application. For consistence, safety, and community pride, If a unit/float does not follow the Rules and Regulations or the unit/float design does not keep with the theme of the parade, the float/unit will be dismissed from the parade. Once your application has been received you will receive an approval notice from the Parade Committee upon the acceptance of your application to participate in the Mandan Independence Day Parade. If your application is not accepted, then a full refund will be made for fees paid during the application process.
***All unit attendees participating in the Mandan Independence Day Parade must fill out and sign the Participation Waiver.***

8:00 a.m. - Live Broadcast Begins on Main Street

8:00 a.m. - 5K Road Race Begins

9:00 a.m. - Street Festival on Main

10:00 a.m. - Classic Car Parade begins on The Strip

10:10 a.m. - Parade begins on The Strip

10:30 a.m. - Parade arrives at Main Street

10:30 a.m. - Live broadcast begins on KX Networks

11:05 a.m. - Parade arrives at Art in the Park
For Entrants (Floats)

9:50a.m. - Classic Cars Depart Staging Area

Staging begins at 8:00 AM.

All floats must be in the lineup by 9:45 AM.

All floats must have their Parade Float number pre-printed, attached, and visible on the unit prior to entering the parade.

Enter the staging area off ### A parade committee member will be present to check you in.

Important Note: Parade participants are not allowed to ride the float to the staging area. Riders are only permitted on the float/unit once checked in at the parade staging area, during the parade, or on the way back to the staging area. No riders are allowed on a float/unit during transportation to or from the staging area.
